U.S. Junior Tours Golf Experience is accepting applications from golfers ages 10-18 who want to experience the magic of international travel combined with golf and cultural touring.
A United States based first class educational and athletic travel program U.S. Junior Tours Golf Experience provides worldwide golf experiences including professional instruction, international competition, and enlightening literary activities.
In its 7th year "The Birthplace of Golf Program" is administered by present and former educators and coaches who have passion for, and understand the value of travel and structured athletic experiences as an important part of a young person's development.

Birthplace of Golf Program
July 20-19, 2010
St. Andrews, Scotland
Available to golfers ages 16-18 and ages 10-15 with participating adults.
Interested families are welcome and encouraged to apply immediately.
This fabulous golf experience includes:
- Three competitions (friendly matches, competitive matches, or open competitions) versus Scottish Junior Programs
- Three days of unlimited play on Andrews Links Trust Courses (Balgove, Strathtyrum, Eden, Jubilee, and New Courses)
- 2-hour instructional session at St. Andrews Links Golf Academy and practice time at the famous St. Andrews Practice Centre
- Opportunity to ballot (daily lottery) for the Old Course
- Airfare from Newark, NJ Liberty International Airport to Edinburgh, Scotland and return
- Luxury motor coach with professional driver
- Ground transportation from/to Edinburgh airport, to/from golf venues
- Single-room residence hall accommodations, private shower and bathroom facilities, linens, blankets, and daily towel service
- Daily cooked Scottish breakfast and dinner
- 24 hour supervision by USJT staff

Only 12 students will be accepted for each 2010 program. Time is of the essence. please do not delay in applying.- there is no fee to apply, nor does it commit anyone to travel.

Do I Qualify for USJT?
 Applicants must be of outstanding character and constantly aware of setting a good example in all situations.
Acceptance to the program is based partially on athletic ability.
Even more focus is placed upon the young golfer's dedication to improvement, personality, integrity, and eagerness to travel and experience other countries and cultures.
Certain golf skill criteria will apply.
You must be of outstanding character.

Accommodations in St. Andrews
A good rest - a good round
Accommodations for both programs will be at New Hall on the campus of the University of St. Andrews, a mere three-minute walk to The Old Course, the Links Trust Courses, and a five-minute walk to the city square.
Each traveler will have a single room in New Hall which offers modern en-suite (private bathroom and shower) accommodation with a double bed (4 feet 6 inches wide), a television, and tea/coffee making facilities. All linens, bedding, and towels are provided.
