Family Member program |
Apply Now!
Parents, grandparents, siblings, etc. wishing
to travel with the group may do so by joining the U.S. Junior Tour
Family Members Program. Simply complete a Family Member Program
Application and Medical Authorization Form. Return these forms along
with a $500.00 per person non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot.
This program entitles travelers to everything listed
in the tour program with the exception of golf and U.S. Junior
Tours' clothing. Golf can be arranged, including balloting for the
Old Course. U.S. Junior Tours' clothing is available and may be
purchased separately.
Family program members may be added to the
tour any time up to 45 days prior to departure, subject to
availability. In order to ensure a confirmed spot on the trip, we
strongly recommend sending your registration forms and deposit
within the participant's 14-day deadline. Late additions must meet
the payment schedule effective on date of registration with the
program.
