Birthplace of Golf Program will arrange their own transportation to

Airfare (unless indicated), meals - other than
specified; passport and visa fees; transportation to/from gateway
city; airport taxes, telephone, laundry, optional sightseeing and
tips to guides and drivers, or other items of a strictly personal
nature.
